有志による非営利の任意団体「暮らしの相談所」は、仮想通貨・投資トラブルおよび被害後の二次被害防止を目的とした無料相談活動を開始しました。

近年、仮想通貨や投資に関する被害に遭った方が、被害回復を求めて情報を探す過程で「返金」「資金回収」「調査」「仮想通貨追跡」などをうたうサービスと新たに契約し、さらに費用を負担するケースがあります。

暮らしの相談所では、このような状況で契約や支払いを行う前に、第三者へ相談できる環境を提供します。

すでに契約・支払いを行った方からの相談にも対応します。

発起人は仮想通貨・ブロックチェーン分野に知見を持ち、現役エンジニアなどの有志も活動に参加しています。

相談者から相談料を受け取らず、特定企業・サービスの紹介や契約を目的としない立場から情報整理をサポートします。
