医師。北海道大学医学部在中のときに起業。
医学実習で出会ったある難病の患者さんの言葉をきっかけに
「やさしさがぎゅっと詰まった、相手を想うチョコレートを作ろう」
と思い立ち、世界初の完全食チョコレートandew (アンジュ)を作る。
